Delivery Costs

Delivery starts from £1.95, for small lightweight items and is delivered in approx. 3-5 working days from dispatch.

Royal Mail (Standard) Delivery is £4.50, and is delivered in approx 3-5 working days from dispatch.

DPD (Express) Delivery is £7.80, and delivered in 1-2 working days from dispatch.

International Delivery – costs vary by destination. Duties are payable, where applicable, by the receiver, Schoolwear Direct is not responsible for any duty payments and are unable to advise of any likely payments due. When packages are in the destination country, all responsibility falls on the receiver for delivery. Should a package be returned, for whatsoever reason, delivery costs will not be refunded.

Products are not necessarily available for immediate dispatch, and will be dispatched as soon as possible. We aim to dispatch most orders within 3 working days.

Some schools have special delivery agreements which will appear at the checkout page after entering your delivery address.

The delivery companies we use are Royal Mail and DPD.

Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

All major debit and credit card are accepted (except American Express)
