As the garment is individually personalised for the selected school, the 14-day change-of-mind cancellation right for distance purchases does not apply where the personalised-goods exemption applies. Please check your size, colour and quantity carefully before ordering. Once embroidery has commenced, the item cannot be cancelled, returned or exchanged due to a change of mind, incorrect selection or because it is no longer required. Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected, including rights relating to faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied or misdescribed goods.
